5% of total profits will be donated to local charities and considered an expenditure before profit payments are calculated.
All expenditures will be accounted for and paid before salaries are calculated.
Profit Division
40% Company Investment
20% Cast Salary
20% Crew Salary
10% Supporting Cast/Crew Salary
10% Production Salary
Salaries will be divided on and hourly input basis. As a member you will not be paid an hourly wage or a salary. Time clock records will be recorded. Your compensation will be on a profit percent basis.
Each group will have a dollar amount equal to their percentage wage divided between group members based on how many hours individually worked. For example, Crew members will receive 20% of the profits, divided between each crew member based on hourly input. Joe, John and Jane are crew members. On closing night 20% of the profits equals $250.00. Joe and Jane each have 40 hours of work, John has 20 hours of work. Every 10 hours is worth $25.00. Joe and Jane would receive $100.00, John would receive $50.00. Higher profits equals higher compensation.
